Do you screen for clients?
Yes we do. In order for us to be the best "fit" for your or your family member's needs we have a screening process performed by our Clinical Director and staff RN. If for any reason we are not the best service for your needs we can guide you to an organization that can be. We care and want to make sure all options are explored.
What are the concierge services you provide?
We have partnered with serveral licensed professionals such as a nurse practioner, cosmetologist, physical therapy and personal fitness trainer that can provide services seperate of ours so that all your needs can be taken care of under one roof. Cost for these services are handled by each individual contractor.
What is the ratio of client to staff?
DHEC requirement states for every 8 clients you have 1 staff member, but we at Pine Heights SADC feel the ratio is best served at for every 5 clients you have 1 staff member. That way needs and care can be addressed quickly and efficiently!

What is the cost? Is there a minimum?
Right now Pine Heights SADC is a private pay model system. We have a minimum block of one day (8 hours). The cost is $67 for a full day (8 hours) of care that includes two snacks and lunch that we have catered to the center by area restaurants and non-profit services. We can offer respite care or care by the week. We have partnered with several aging non-profits that offer grants to families to assist with the cost of day care services. Prices are subject to change.

Do you provide transporation?
We do not. However, we do partner with several agencies that will provide this service at a set cost to transport to and from the facility if necessary. Any planned activities that require transporation to the event will also be handled by that agency.
