This is such an important part for the senior community. Many are sheltered, alone or with limited social opportunities. At Pine Heights we will not only keep your family member busy with activities but also with new friendships and a network to assist them in enjoying the golden years of their life. From weekly bible study groups staffed by local churches to physical activity by Silver Sneakers, Pine Heights will have a full calender of interaction and physical wellness programs for your family member to benefit from and enjoy.
One-stop model services
Different than many, Pine Heights will enlist outside providers in the industry of medicine, physical fitness, physical therapy and other non-profit groups that offer services for your family member. A nurse practioner will be able to provide checkups and licensed cosmatologists will offer hair and other salon services. We also will offer the services of physical therapy sessions by licensed PT, and personal trainer instructors will offer physical activies and more. The client or cargiver in charge will pay the providers seperately so that you don't pay for what you don't need or want. When you arrive to pick up your family member, everything has been done and any perscriptions needed have been called in to your pharmacy of choosing leaving you with your day off from work to relax!
Leadership at Pine Heights
*Dr. Joe Holt, PhD, LPC (SC), LMFT (GA) is a licensed family therapist and a leader in the mental health industry. Serving as the Clinical Director, Dr. Holt has enlisted his network of providers to bring a great "one-stop" model of care for your senior family member while they are in our care. When you drop them off to us, you will feel good about their stay.
*Michele Holt, Program Director/CFO serves as the financial manager as well as an active member of the team caring for your family member. Michele brings over 25 years of financial and management experience to Pine Heights.
*All staff employed with Pine Heights have passed criminal background checks and are certified in CPR and First Aide.
